AMCP has contracted with the hotels below to provide the lowest hotel rates available during AMCP 2020. You must be registered for the meeting to book your housing in the AMCP block.
Hotel reservations can be made in the AMCP contracted block after you have completed registration for AMCP 2020. You can make your hotel reservation online by signing into the AMCP 2020 registration system or by calling Experient, AMCP’s official housing partner, AFTER you have registered for the meeting.
Experient is AMCP’s official housing partner for AMCP 2020. Any other company claiming to represent AMCP to offer discounted room rates during AMCP 2020 is fraudulent. If you are contacted by a company misrepresenting themselves as AMCP’s housing partner, please contact AMCP immediately at meetings@amcp.org.

Important Notes
- AMCP does not offer “Housing Only”— you must be registered for the AMCP 2020 to secure housing. A credit card is required to guarantee your room reservation.
- In the event that you decide to depart earlier than confirmed at the time you check-in, you will be charged up to one night as an early departure fee by the hotel.
- All new reservations (based on availability), reservation changes and cancellation requests should be made with Experient (AMCP’s official housing partner) by 5:00pm EST on Thursday, March 19. You can contact the hotels directly for all reservation needs starting Monday, April 6.
- Room cancellations must occur 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Failure to cancel within the appropriate time frame will result in a one night’s room and tax penalty.
- If you cancel your AMCP 2020 registration prior to Thursday, March 19 your hotel reservation will also be cancelled. If you cancel your registration after Thursday, March 19 you will need to contact your hotel directly to cancel your room reservation starting Monday, April 6.
- PLEASE CHECK YOUR HOUSING DATES: AMCP is not responsible for room cancellations resulting from failure to check-in on your confirmed, scheduled day of arrival and cannot guarantee availability onsite.
