Unfortunately, we cannot transfer your registration to Nexus 2020.

AMCP will refund 100% of exhibitor, sponsorship, or advertising fees paid by mid-to-late July.

Fees paid via credit card will refunded on the card provided. Fees paid via check or ACH will be refunded via check and company W9 is required. Contact Laura Larson, Assistant Director, National Meeting Sales with any questions.

Because of the high volume of refunds, please allow between 30 and 60 days to receive your refund.

If you booked through AMCP’s hotel block and housing vendor, Experient, your hotel reservation will be automatically cancelled on Wednesday, March 18.  You will receive an email from Experient confirming that your reservation was cancelled.  That email will include hotel contact information should you need to rebook.

There is no need to contact the hotel directly to confirm the cancellation and no hotel charges have been processed. If you booked your hotel independently, contact your hotel directly.

We are unable to provide refunds for travel expenses.  Please work directly with your airline to determine your options to rebook or cancel.  If you purchased travel insurance, please contact your provider for information and next steps.

If you are AMCP 2020 faculty or have booked your reservations for AMCP 2020 in Houston through AMCP’s travel agency, Gant, your travel to Houston will be automatically cancelled on your behalf on Wednesday, March 17.

AMCP is reviewing options to bring the accredited CE sessions, posters, and other high-quality content from AMCP 2020 to you.  We will provide more information on plans for AMCP 2020 content as it becomes available.

The AMCP Foundation, along with partners and judges, is determining how to proceed with identifying the top teams among the national finalists. More information will be shared as it becomes available.

Due to the cancellation of AMCP 2020, we’re reevaluating our virtual and live meeting strategy for this year.

Our goal is to keep our educational content current and ensure that it’s presented in a timely manner through appropriate educational channels.

As such, we’re putting the AMCP Nexus 2020 Call for Proposals on hold. The call will be revised based on the topics and presentations that will be presented virtually and those that might transition to Nexus 2020.

The revised call will be more targeted and released in the late spring.
